It is nice to have another book with a story about what often was referred to as the "forgotten war" because in the early stages of the war against the Japanese the largest concentration of money, equipment and participants were funneled toward the war in Europe/5(96).

Time and Tide was a complete surprise to me and as I write this review, I find myself at a loss of words. E.M. Lindsey has a very distinct form of writing that I find it hard to explain.

E.M. Lindsey's characters are well developed and the plot is beyond solid, so much in fact that I felt like I went back in time/5(29).
